Refund Method:
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or arranged through bank transfer, as discussed during your support call.

Important Note:
In case of a refund, the shipping fee of PKR 250 will be deducted from the total amount before processing the refund.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before confirmation. Once confirmed over the phone, the order is processed and cannot be modified.
