1. Orders & Confirmation
- All orders placed through our website or social media are subject to confirmation.
- After you place an order, our team will contact you via phone for confirmation before processing.
- Orders not confirmed via phone will not be processed or shipped.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in PKR and are final at the time of checkout.
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- A flat shipping charge of PKR 250 applies to all orders.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation.
- We offer delivery all over Pakistan.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.
4. Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return or refund within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original condition.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are processed through bank transfer or original payment method after inspection.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before confirmation. Once confirmed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
6. Product Availability
- We aim to keep our inventory updated, but in rare cases, products may become unavailable after ordering.
- In such cases, you will be informed, and the amount (if paid) will be refunded.
7. Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse or interfere with the proper working of the website.
- All content, including logos, and text, is the property of The Beauty Mist and may not be used without permission.
